1) Problems Loading the Live Bingo Game?

Try re-installing Shockwave which is the free software that the game uses:

Uninstall the shockwave player and re-install the latest version, this generally will correct the problem.

You can do this by going:

Start -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs -> Select Adobe Shockwave Player -> Remove

Then install the latest from here:
http://get.adobe.com/shockwave/

Ensure browser windows are closed during uninstall and install.

2) Login Okay But Then Game Says I'm Not Logged In?

Do you know if cookies are set on your browser?

3) Click On Play Bingo But No Games Displayed?

On some browsers the View Games page displayed incorrectly and the games are placed at the bottom of the page. Try scrolling all the way to the bottom of the page. This can also happen on the View Game Cards page.
